Scuba Toothbrush By Radius Review

Wow! That is all I can say when I saw the Radius Scuba Toothbrush, It's huge! What makes this toothbrush stand out is, well, everything. Let's begin with the large handle. This allows for you to have a firm hold the whole time so no more slips in the sink. Next, you have the head of the brush which is double the size of a normal toothbrush which makes for a clean mouth.

My gums always seem to bleed when I brush my teeth. When using the Scuba Toothbrush I was pleased not to have any bleeding. The wide huge head massages the gums to help reduce the bleeding. The Radius toothbrush has soft bristles to help reduce enamel erosion.

Are you a lefty? The Radius Scuba has a toothbrush made for you with a left hand handle grip! No more being left out. The thumb grip is great to keep you from losing the toothbrush mid brush or it slipping while brushing causing you to bleed. Each Radius toothbrush is made to last 3 times longer than a normal toothbrush so think of the money you will save.

You can see all the many choices of toothbrush's that Radius has to offer by clicking the link here, which they have one for everyone in the family.

Juppy Baby Walker Review and Giveaway!

Jaxson my nephew is, already pulling himself up and walking along furniture.  So I wanted him to have a little extra help which is what I got from Juppy BabyWalker! When you're a parent, your child gets to this stage where they hate to be on the ground yet they are not stable enough to walk on their own so you end up holding them upright while your hunched over holding them up so they can walk. Juppy has come up with a safe and secure way to hold yourself and your baby upright!

What is Juppy? Well think of a johnny jump up only you're the door, or a baby harness that you hold instead of carry. You place the child in the Juppy like you would a pair of pants, then place the baby on the floor sitting upright and slowly lift the baby up so that they are now standing. Each Juppy can be adjusted to fit  their needs like tightness of the harness and length of the handles so everyone is happy!

Juppy comes in 3 colors. Off white with blue (the one I received) black and yellow, and off white with pink. Each Juppy can have the name embroidered and comes with its own carrying bag. I used the off white with pink with my other daughter Elizabeth, and the black with yellow for Sarah and it worked great. I had Jaxson in the Juppy and he felt more comfortable standing on a flat surface. My sister in law and I tried walking with him in it, and he used it more as a swing. Once on concrete he walked for awhile. He got like one whole sidewalk slab lol (that's a lot for little feet). Jaxson loved being in it and my sister in law was grateful not having to bend over anymore.

I love the Juppy and look forward to having a walking nephew within the next few weeks because he has made a lot of progress now that he am able to walk with his mom. Thank you Juppy Babywalker!

Have your own little one who needs that little extra help? Enter to win a Juppy below, just fill out the rafflecopter! Offer open to U.S. and Canadian residents 18+ only, contest expires 5/2/13

Kauffman's Fruit Farm and Market Review and Giveaway!

When I traveled with my parents we would always stop at roadside stands or shops that had jellies and such. They would always pick something that you just couldn't find anywhere else. Kauffman's Fruit Farm and Market has a wide arrangement of goodies.

My first treat is Pure Honey. I use the honey when I eat corn cereal like Chex, it's so good and then the honey mixes so well with the milk that it just makes the whole experience yummy.

What sets this honey aside from most honeys out there is the taste, its so rich in flavor. 100% all Pure Natural Honey. You can get a 12oz honey bear with other flavors here.

The next fun treat was R.W. Knudsen's Spritzer jamaican lemonade. I love LOVE spritzers but its hard to find full flavor these are 61% juice and have no sugar! Kauffman's Fruit Farm and Market carries 4 flavors of Spritzers from R.W. Knudsen's. You get a nice 4 pack of  10.5oz which each can is only 150 calories.

I love the taste I shared them with a coworker and we both agreed they are great, best yet don't leave a awful after taste. The jamaican lemonade Spritzer tastes best at close to frozen.

Finally the 3rd treat is....................Pure natural Maple Syrup. It was so good! When I opened the syrup for the first time I tasted it with my finger and then I ended up drinking it. Yes, it was that good! I like how it was not to thick or thin and it went great with pancakes. Unlike most syrups where when you get to the end you can't get that last drop, every last drop came out. I also liked the fact that I could reuse the jar the maple syrup came in.

I am very pleased with the 3 products I was able to review and will be going back for more awesome goodies from Kauffman's Fruit Farm and Market.

Wanna win a jar of the best ever Maple Syrup, enter the rafflecopter below, Contest will end 5/24/13a Rafflecopter giveaway

English Grammar.........................It sucks! : )

I love to write, but I love writing how I talk.  I mean really when your talking are they sitting there spelling out words on what your saying? NO.

Lets face it English is a Bi*** to learn and thank god I learn most of it lol I still have issues with spelling but I have gotten better over time thanks to spell check. I feel sorry for those who have to learn English its a hard language and from what I have heard its one of the hardest and why is that because we didn't really wanna make are own language we just took words from here and there and called it English.

Okay so things that drive me nuts.
#1 The fact that we have to have 2-4 words spelled different but all pronounced the same.
Example There, Their and They're
Yes they all mean different things like Look over there. We had their birthday today. They're coming at noon.
Okay I get that, but really no offense to those of you who are grammar smart but I really think most of the word doesn't care or they have, well common sense. I mean I don't go off on a friend when they write me a quick email and say, so there having a party you in? I don't think how is she showing me they are having a party. I mean really?!?!?

#2 The silent E omg I really really hate this one! Its like algebra the a+b=c okay so 1+1=2 whoo I solved it!
Like my favorite which I complain whenever on the road is Greene Way really Greene it drives me nuts because we say it as Green but they throw on a e for fun why??? If its not heard why place it there in the first place? lol ahhhh

What is really crazy is that I can spell the words that most can't because they sound like they are spelled but the others I have a hard time, yes it sucks but you know what when something is chasing me or lets say the word is at its end I doubt I will be reading and writing while on the go.

#3 Just simple things like then and than lol Paige my sister is the grammar smart one so she always has to come and proof read my blog post. Which I thank her and it has helped me also get better at what I am doing. Anyhow she finally brought it to my attention that I was using than and then wrong which I always use then maybe once in a blue moon I use than.

So I wrote and say that I always thought that then and than was a northern southern thing like PotAto and Potato or Suger and Sugar, etc ...... so who knew that one means time and other means well other lol.

Yep so that is my rant to how English Grammar SUCKS : )

which of course Paige didn't proof read this one, but hey this is me!

Thanks

Casey : )

Cool Gear Keeps Food Fresh and Offers So Much More!

I had never heard of Cool Gear until one day my son who is in elementary school brought home the wrong lunch box and inside was a Stayfit Lunch 2 Go container made by Cool Gear.

How great was it to finally have a chance to check out Cool Gear. I must admit, my first thought was that this product was work out clothing. I never would have thought food containers but I was wrong.

Living in Florida, it's hot, so it's very hard to have lunches with bananas, yogurts, or anything else that is cold. The Stayfit Lunch 2 Go helps with not only organization of your meal but also with cooling. The container has sections so you can have a full meal -not a full meal that is now all together- ......yum..........NOT.  There are 3 sections for which you can place your items in making the full portion you would eat at home. An added bonus is that on top of having 3 sections the lid has a cooling pack which while not in use you can place in freezer and it lasts all day long keeping food tight and cold. Another bonus is it comes with fork and spoon which is nicely stored on top of the container! It's a great way to have more home cooked meals which helps save you money and is helping the earth since you can reuse it over and over.  It washes great in the dishwasher and the lid is easy to pop on and off.

The other item I got to try was a huge help for me while I was doing my exercise with the Journey Gym. I hate water, I HATE IT! If I have to drink it, I want it ice cold.  I was sent a 24oz EZ Freeze Pure which has a filter system along with a cooling system. The center of the bottle is a stick which has your filter and an ice pack which when placed in the water keeps water cool all day long. I found myself drinking more water with the EZ Freeze Pure, it made water taste good. The water flows through a channel of the freezer stick giving you cold clean water. What a great product.

Cool Gear has many other useful items that can help keep lunches safe, clean and cool all year long. Check out Cool Gear by clicking here. Check out this item, its a fold and go potty seat how great is that!

Disclosure: I was given 2 items from Cool Gear  to help with my review. All opinions are 100% mine.

AlternaVites Review, a Vitamin Kids Love!

Kids not getting their vitamins? New fast way to get them to enjoy getting vitamins, a fast melting crystal. AlternaVites is a quick-melting multivitamin that you place on your child's tongue and it dissolves in rapid time.

I choose the raspberry cotton candy flavor, but they also have bubblegum. I placed it on Brian's tongue and he didn't care for it at all.
It took a little while to get it down because its a lot of powder, which you have to pour a little, swallow, then more, etc.. It took close to 5 minutes to get the whole pouch down. I tried it myself, and yes, it didn't taste great but wasn't horrible either. So then I tried mixing it in with their favorite drink, which seemed to work great! They didn't even notice that I had added the AlternaVites.
I am not sure if it was just the flavor that made it taste bad or the fact that it took so long so you got to really taste it.

The AlternaVites are a great source of 17 needed Vitamins and more. Many kids lack Vitamins C and D which in C they carry 60mg and in D 500IU which is 125%. That's great! If your child doesn't like the taste you can also mix the packets in yogurt, pudding and more as long as they get the full packet they are covered!

Help your kids get their daily dose and buy some AlternaVites sold at most major drug stores, and retail.

AlternaVites is giving away a free 30ct to one of  our readers! You can enter the rafflecopter bellow offer is for U.S only and ends Dec 13th 2012. a Rafflecopter giveaway
Disclosure: I was given AlternaVites to help with my review. All opinions are 100% mine.

Pretzel Crisps Review

I love Pretzel Crisps®. The first time I came across them was last year 2012 during the summer in the BBQ section at Walmart. At the time they only had 4 flavors Buffalo Wing, Jalapeno Jack, Garlic Parmesan and finally Original. I bought the Original and Garlic Parmesan.

I bought the Pretzel Crisps® because I was sick of your plain old chip but Pretzel Crisps® were the best of both crispy and the great taste of pretzel! I bought and hid the bags at work so I could enjoy them to myself, one day I slipped up and brought a bag home. Now the whole family which is myself, husband and 5 kids all eat Pretzel Crisps® . I have purchased many bags and I am always in search of new flavors because Walmart only carried the few varieties.

So it was great that now I was presented with the chance to review not one but all the flavors of Pretzel Crisps® ! So on top of the 4 I mentioned I came to find out they also carried Everything which is like an everything bagel that has seeds and seasonings. Sesame which is just that a crisp with sesame seeds, and finally Chipotle Cheddar which is a spicy cheddar blend.

My favorite of all the Pretzel Crisps® is the Garlic Parmesan which is a light garlic along with parmesan it tastes great, granted it does make you thirsty. My husband loves the spicy varieties like the Buffalo Wing. He can eat a full bag in a sitting. The kids love the Original which is a great healthier option to your everyday snack.

Pretzel Crisps ® can be found in the Deli section of Publix, Chip area of Walmart and other mass retail stores. Pretzel Crisps® are a great snack for a Super Bowl party, get together, and any other hosting event.

Looking to really try something different? Check out Pretzel Crisps® Modern Classics, which are fun tasty treats. The Modern Classics come in 4 flavors, Classic which is more a smoked tasting pretzel, Supreme sprinkled with a crafted blend of garlic, onion, poppy, caraway and sesame seeds, Tuscan Three Cheese which is a blend of  romano, asiago and parmesan, and finally Cinnamon Toast, this one you have got to try for yourself.

Disclosure: I was given several bags of Pretzel Crisps® to help with my review. All opinions are 100% mine.

Racor Freestanding Bike Rack Review and Giveaway!

Being that I have a huge family, we have a lot of bikes. And, well, they take up space along with falling over and banging each other up.

I hate going to get my bike or a kids bike and having to move the others out of the way so it was a great relief to get Racor's PLB-4R Freestanding Bike Rack.

The Racor Freestanding Bike Rack can hold up to 4 bikes with a total weight of 160lbs! The rack came in a box and was very easy to assemble. I had our bikes in the den of our house which I only placed 2 bikes on it for pictures. I am one not to read directions when setting things up and it took me only about 5 minutes to connect the pieces. It took a little longer to figure out the placement of the arms, which once I figured out what I was doing it was fairly simple.

Each arm of the bike rack is placed by slipping the arms into the 2 holes on the post and turning the heads accordingly.

I am very pleased with my Racor Freestanding Bike Rack. It is a great fit and helps with a need we have had for some time now.

Racor also carries many other items like the PLB-4R Freestanding Bike Rack they have lifts which you can store totes, bikes or so on up hanging from the garage ceiling! Now talk about saving space. Racor also carries other storage devices for all your organization needs so let Racor help free up some much needed space. In other words, take back your garage!

Enter to win a PLB-4R Freestanding Bike Rack  just enter the rafflecopter form below! Contest ends 4/24/13 open to U.S. residents only.

Fruit Crisp from Brother's All Natural Review and Giveaway!

I am sure you have seen these in your store. Brother's All Natural Products. Me and my kids love  the Fruit Crisps made by Brother's All Natural.

Personally, I thought they were FABULOUS, I love that they only had 60 calories per bag and if you hold them in your tongue they turn into a crunchy piece of fruit.

My kids add them to the kids cereal in the morning..it's not as bad when it's been rehydrated. My kids also love that they have Disney Characters on the front which helps identify each their own bag of crisps.

The Fruit Crisps come in SO many flavors I never would have imagined.
  •  Fuji Apple
  • Apple Cinnamon
  • Asian Pear
  • Banana
  • Mandarin Orange
  • Mixed Berry
  • Peach
  • Pineapple
  • Strawberry
  • Strawberry Banana
Overall, I recommend these products and the great thing about them too is they are very portable. Paige and I are always looking for snacks that are more filling than just a bag of chips or a candy bar for the kids, but something that won't go bad in a backpack all day while we are out at a theme park.

Brother's All Natural Products has generously offered a coupon code for 10% off to our readers, it's DISNEYSNACKS10 .

They are also going to be giving one of our readers a 24 pack variety of fruit crisps in Disney packaging.

Emerson Creek Pottery Review and Giveaway

When I was young, my grandma made stoneware in her basement. She sold it to consignment stores and people who had custom orders. She was really talented.

I remember painting things in her garage that she would then "fire" in her kiln, and always wishing mine looked more like hers.

She is much older now, and doesn't make anything anymore, and I really miss all of our home made pieces we had (my mom still has some, but since I don't live with her I don't see it much)

That's one reason why I was excited about Emerson Creek Pottery
It reminds me of my grandma and things she would have made.

I chose to review this classy Honey Pot.

My grandma and I used to make tea and drink it in her kitchen while talking about all my "teenage" problems, so it reminds me of her in more than one way.

The Honey Pot is a great piece to my kitchen, it's about 4 inches tall and comes with the lid and the honey stick.

All Emerson Creek Pottery products are 100% lead free and hand painted in the USA.

This is another one of my favorite items and I am going to buy it for my grandma for her birthday this year.

This is another one of my favorites.

I have always wanted to make shortbread, and with this I won't have any excuse not to!

One of my readers is going to win a Honey Pot just like the one I received. Giveaway is open to US residents only please! Contest will end on 4/21/13

Krave Jerky Review and Giveaway

Yum! Jerky! We received 5 packages of Krave Jerky.  I was shocked on how smooth and juicy it is.

Krave Jerky is a healthy snack at only 80 calories, and not hard like other jerky on the market. I was sent  4 of the beef flavors of beef Garlic Chili Pepper, Chili Lime, Pineapple Orange and finally Sweet Chipotle.

The first bag I tried was the Sweet Chipotle I was shocked on how it was not overly hard that you can't enjoy it, the taste was very good it kind of just crumbled in mouth. I liked also how you could taste the sweet with a bit of pepper taste to it.

The second flavor I tried was the Chili Lime which was spicy but really good taste of lime.

The third was the Pineapple Orange it is very good, it was just the right amount of sweet to truly enjoy the effect of the jerky.

Finally for me is the Garlic Chili Pepper I haven't yet tried it, I am a little scared because I believe this one will be very spicy since the others were but not an over kill. Okay here I go......yum the smell alone is very good. I liked to add that each bag is zip lock to keep in the freshness. WOW, omg lol, so I have only had a small small amount & my mouth is already on fire! This would make a great addition to a bbq. So I have now had a bigger piece, what is nice is the burning does not seem to stay with you long at all is a burn to tongue and throat but then it mellows out after about 5 minutes. I love the Jerky and would buy again.

I also received the Turkey based one which is Lemon Garlic but like those who eat chicken I am a beef person so I shied away from it. My friend is a poultry person so she and her family enjoyed it. My friend also enjoyed the full flavor and from the sounds of it I missed out.

Krave Jerky has generously offered a giveaway to one of our readers, they will receive the same 5 flavors that we received! Please enter using the rafflecopter form below, giveaway open to US residents only. Ends 5/1/13.

I received Krave Jerky in exchange for my honest review, I was not compensated in any other way.

Cedar's Mediterranean Foods Review and Giveaway

Since we are trying to eat healthier in 2013, I have been really excited about trying out some new food choices, like hummus and pita chips instead of chips and dip, wraps instead of sandwiches and tea instead of soda.

So when I found some Cedar's Mediterranean Food items in my Publix, I was more than happy to try them out.

First I tried one of their salads, which they had SO many to choose from, but I picked the Chickpea Salad shown here.

Products: chickpea-salad-8-oz

It was full of chickpeas, carrots and edamame beans, in a light dressing which was a GREAT pick me up snack in the afternoon, I love that it was prepackaged and COLD and ready to eat!
I actually went back to the store the next day and picked up a Taboule Salad because the chickpea was so awesome!

Products: taboule-salad-7-oz-and-14-oz

Second I decided to try a hommus. Cedar's has a lot of fun varieties of hommus including Artichoke Kalamata, Roasted Peppers and Garlic Lovers!

I chose the Artichoke Kalamata since it was the most unusual and it was awesome! I dipped some Cedar's Pita Chips into it and had a great snack, that was filling, satisfying and healthy.

Products: artichoke-kalamata

I also really wanted to try their wraps, since eating a wrap is a lot healthier than a sandwich and we are trying to cut down on out amount of bread.
I chose the Low Carb Wheat variety and actually used the hommus in place of mayo and tossed in some spinach, swiss cheese and tomatoes and it was one of the best wraps EVER.

Cedar's Mediterranean Foods can be found in most Publix and health food stores.

One of my readers is going to win some free item coupons from Cedar's!
