Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Ingredients:
1 Box of Strawberry Cake Mix (or any flavor you prefer)
3 eggs
1/3 cup of coconut vodka
3/4 2% milk
1/3 oil
Combine all ingredients in a bowl ( I used a Good Cook mixing bowl because I love that they have a pour spout, plus you can buy as a set of 3 or individually). Beat on high in an mixer for about 2 minutes until no longer lumpy.
Fill each loaf cup about 1/2 full, and bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
After letting the loaves cool I cut about 2 inches off one and placed it on the front of a full loaf. Then I start to decorate with green vanilla frosting (I was lucky to find green but you can make your own frosting color by taking vanilla or any white frosting and adding food coloring to get the color you want).
After completely covering my loaf with green frosting I added m&m's for eyes, pretzel sticks for legs (I wanted to use peppermint sticks but couldn't find any) and followed with orange icing dots and stripes.
This was my finished product!
My kids really enjoyed there caterpillars, and they tasted super great.
