Osteo Bi-Flex Free Your Joints

So yeah I am not that old but you don't have to be old to have joint issues. I have always suffered from bad knees and elbows, I had the chance to try out Osteo Bi-Flex .

I noticed right away that I had more energy and wasn't waking up sore once I had started taking Osteo Bi-Flex One Per Day. I would take first thing in the morning with my Nesquik. When I knew I had a really busy week of doing things I would switch to Osteo Bi-Flex Triple Strength and it worked great no pain the whole week I was out and about. The Osteo Bi-Flex you take 2 a day. I also had changed it to taking the Osteo Bi-Flex at night which made for a great night sleep. I love waking up knowing I am not gonna hurt today and Osteo Bi-Flex helps keep joints moving which keeps you moving : )

Osteo Bi-Flex, helps nurture joints for comfortable movement. Glucosamine is an aminosaccharide that occurs naturally in the body and helps keep cartilage tissue nourished and promote healthy cartilage. Many Osteo Bi-Flex® products contain Glucosamine which helps support joint comfort, mobility and flexibility.

You can pick up Osteo Bi-Flex in most major retail stores! You can learn more about Osteo Bi-Flex by visiting their website here or checking them out on Facebook here.

Osteo Bi-Flex conducted a survey about joint pain. Here’s some of the key things they found:

67% frequently experience joint discomfort such as stiff and achy knees or shoulders

An equal percentage of Gen-X and Boomers feel the pain—66% and 67%, respectively

79% of Gen-X respondents said they are concerned about the possibility of having bad joint health

62% of Gen-Xers said they are concerned about developing joint paint due to excessive activity

57% of those who experience joint discomfort  said it has prevented them from enjoying something fully – including exercising regularly (38%), going on walks (27%), playing with their kids or grandkids (15%) and sex (12%)

Among those who experience joint pain, 31% said they’re not in shape because of it; 15% said they’re unhappy; 13% said they socialize less; and 13% report traveling less

Despite this, 40% of Americans said their bodies can “fight” or power through the aches and pains

More than half of runners (52%) frequently have to cut a run short because of joint pain

45% of runners said they would be willing to give up their favorite dessert for life in order to run without joint pain forever

The survey was conducted by Wakefield Research among 500 US adults ages 50-68 (Boomers) and 500 US adults ages 34-49 (Gen X) between April 29th and May 7th, 2014, using an email invitation and an online survey. We conducted it in advance of National Running Day on Wednesday.
