Dole Frozen Fruit Summer Cake

This post was created in partnership with Dole. I have received compensation for this post.

All things Dole! Check out this fun cake I came up with to entertain my kids for the Summer, using Dole Frozen Fruits and Dippers!

1 1/2 cup of Dole Frozen Fruits ( I used Ready Cut Dole Frozen Fruits Strawberry, Banana, Peaches mix )
1 box of Cake Mix ( I used confetti so vanilla )
1 cup of Juice ( I used Santa Cruz Mango Lemonade )
1/4 cup of Sugar
1 Tablespoon of Vanilla Extract
3 Lg Eggs

Read your cake mix box and pre heat accordingly, now get out a mixing bowl and dump your cake mix into it. Now take your fruit, juice, eggs, extract, and place it in a blender, mix until blended really well will look slushy like. Take your mixer of fruit, eggs, juice and extract and pour into your cake mix. Now add your sugar using your mixer blend it all together in the bowl. Mix until slushy like lumpy : )   Now pour into cake pan and bake according to cake mix box. It is best to use a non stick cake pan as well or spray one with a light oil.

After baking remove from oven let cool. Once cooled top with cool whip or frosting and place some Dole Frozen Dippers on top (You can pick from the 3 Strawberries, Banana or Bananas with Almonds) Cut, eat and enjoy!
