Dole Frozen Fruits Sponge Cake!

This post was created in partnership with Dole. I have received compensation for this post.

I love to bake and I love baking because I learned that you can take dry for dry and wet for wet, as in if you need 1 cup of flour you can use a cup of sugar instead. Or like when it comes to a cup of water you can use juice or something else like I did..........

I bought a Betty Crocker lemon cake mix and Dole Frozen Strawberries, Bananas, and Peaches Ready-Cut fruit mix. First off I never new Dole had a blend like that, so it was a pleasant surprise.

1 cup of Dole Frozen Fruits
1/2 cup of Dole Pineapple Juice
1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
1 Full bag of Lemon Cake Mix
2 Eggs
1 cup of Coconut

So you take your Dole Frozen Fruits and Pineapple Juice throw them in a blender and make into a smoothie, take out the contents of your smoothie and add it to a mixing bowl with the cake mix, vanilla and 2 eggs, use a beater and beat it all together. Pour into cake mold, follow directions on cake mix for cooking.

After you cake has baked let cool, top with Dole Frozen Dippers I personally love the Banana Dippers, eat and enjoy!
