Cotton Candy Madness for National Rum Day


August 16th is National Rum Day so in honor of this day Captain Morgan would like to ask what is your best recipe. I was handed some products in which to make my own creation. This is what I came up with. I call it Cotton Candy Madness.

1.5 oz of Captain Morgan White Rum
1 tablespoon of pistachios crushed
2 scoops of Cotton Candy icecream
2 ropes of Twizzlers Peel and Pull Cherry

Take the following ingredients throw in a blender and enjoy. I must say its a interest drink it seems fluffy and taste almost like a marshmallow. Hold your straw up while drinking or you will be drinking only pieces of the Twizzlers which settle at the bottom.  What creations can you come up with?

I love to use alcohol for cooking as well. So I also made a chicken using Captain Morgan White Rum.


3 oz of Captain Morgan White Rum
One box of Boar's Head fully cooked bacon
1 cup of Sweet Baby Rays BBQ Sauce
1 (or 2 if you like it hot) table spoon of hot sauce
Boneless skinless chicken breast

Mix the Captain Morgan White Rum, Bbq sauce, and hot sauce in a cup, pour the mixture over the chicken, place the bacon on the chicken, pre-heat oven to 350 let cook for a hour covered. I made 5 chicken breast. I makes for a great meal and can be paired with any vegetable.
