Amazing books about Bigfoot and places around the world for Kids!

I am always on a search for fun but also educational books when it comes to selection for my kids. I was lucky enough to have a chance to review the following books Bigfoot Visits the Big Cities of the World and Bigfoot Goes on Vacation. As soon as these books arrived my kids were already sitting quietly and looking for all the fun objects in the searches they have throughout the book. The book reminded me of a classic favorite Where's Waldo, but with way more to find, they have you search for Bigfoot, footprints, artist, cats, foxes, and much more which there could be 1-5 of each that you have to locate.

What makes the books educational is before each hunt is a bunch of easy to read fun facts about the various locations in which Bigfoot is visiting. I was born in FL and I still am stuck here, anyhow I have always called Bigfoot just that Bigfoot but my husband told me that in FL it is called the Skunk Ape I seriously thought he was full of but even in the book it points out that in FL that is what he is more known as....go figure. It also has other names in which Bigfoot goes by around the world like Yeti which is from Russia which I never knew where it came from I just thought was another fun name for him. A lot of the names for Bigfoot I never heard of like Woodwosa which is England and since living here in FL where we have a lot of visitors you would think I would have heard of it at least once.

The books are part of a series which include another 2 books, Spotted at Famous Landmarks, and Goes Back in Time.  They are very well illustrated and keep your child's interest. The pages are simple to read with not overwhelming the child or adult who is reading to their child. I enjoy that they teach fun facts and history which keeps the child wanting more! My kids all read through and the books and still come back for more when they walk by. They really are the first books that my kids have all had an interest in.
